"The supervisor, Mwafaq and the owner were good and friendly. If it weren't for them then the stay would not have been tolerable. The rooms' walls have a lot of mold that needs to be addressed. The overall and detailed cleanliness is lacking. We stayed for 5 days and did not receive the promised spare keys nor the safety box keys nor did the requested fixing in the room. At check-in, they did not find the second room's reservation with Hotel.com claiming that Hotel.com did not inform their agent...
