"The staff were lovely, but the cleaning staff didn't seem to want to refill the cup supply or the ice bags, and I was there a week and a half. The room's carpet was gross, the ice machine on the 3rd flr was broken (how hard is it to get that fixed?) and the breakfasts were okay. Shout out to the staffer who kept the buffet in such good shape."

"Both the house and its mountain views were gorgeous! Everything was clean and well-stocked, and the beds very comfortable. The included pack n play and highchair made travel with a one-year-old much easier. If you are wanting a refreshing desert retreat, this is the place to stay."
