"Great small hotel a bit older but the room I was in was remodeled with new flooring and bathroom and cozy beds. It also had a apt side refrigerator and oven /stove combo with microwave and coffee pot. Very roomy room . Easy walk through gate to pool and to the beach. Daytona is five minute south and Flagler Beach is 5 to 8 min North. Cute stores, eating ,fishing pier and parks with in a 5 minute ride. "

"Everyone herer great. So polite so helpful. No matter how many times i asked questions they were great about it. If i had a problem they fixed it right away. I would stay here everytime i visit Florida. Thank u so much to the staff,office and house keepers. U made a rough trip easier.I recommend to anyone. Comfortable and we feel safe."

"Besides having very quick and easy check-ins & check-outs, the room was very clean, pleasing to the eyes and colorful as far as the bedding & the walls. I plan to stay here again next year for Welcome To Rockville. "

"Great and helpful staff very friendly, they just dont have a good maintenance person or something the floor when you walk in gives in a little and the bathroom was the same way, easy fixes, the shower was kinda gross looking on the wall all kinds of random marks just needed a simple paint job. The tv was crazy fuzzy like watching antenna tv in the 90s simple fix too just get better wires and tighten them down more the room smelled damp when we walked in the first tim too, room 103 to be specific. Other than those simple things the place was acceptable "
