The location of the hotel is great for Protarus and the beach and the quality of the food was lovely. I can’t fault this place. "I went with siblings we were all provided rooms on one floor. It was spacious for our needs. Good amenities in the room. I have curly hair and there was a diffuser!!!!. Each room has its own balcony and all the seats and bed was super comfortable. My only minor criticism was that the shower takes a little while to heat up as it’s split power and the tank is at the top of the roof. "

"This was one place you could not fault the staff at all. They were all so kind and helpful and went above and beyond for us especially my little boy who is a super fussy eater. "Stayed one night which we enjoyed. Found the property perfect for the one night stay, easy to find and parking opposite the property. We thought the one bedroom apartment we had as comfortable and the only reason we did not give 5 stars was that it could benefit with the apartment being painted however this did not stop us enjoying our stay. "We really loved this hotel. The location is excellent; a 5 to 10 minute walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. The room was clean and comfortable and all of the staff were amazing...friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. It was so quiet that we almost got the feeling there was noone staying there but us, which of course was not the case. We look forward to returning and wouldn't consider any where else. "

"Excellent value for money accomodation just a short walk from all the bars, shops etc. Breakfast was excellent with enough hot and cold choices for all. Our studio was perhaps a little dated and the bathroom could do with renewing but it was clean with plenty of hot water. The pool was clean and large with plenty of sunloungers for everyone.Would definitely recommend this accommodation."

"Very good location with very good transport links to both local and Intercity locations. Very helpful staff even before arriving with transport options and also whilst staying there. Local shops and restaurants close by Very clean through out and helpful housekeeping staff. Comfortable room good wifi. Could purchase nice reasonably priced breakfast and evening dinner if required. "Overall arrived late wasn’t told about the subcharge 50 euro for air con which is needed in the heat! Towels had stains on them and toilet door had no privacy wouldn’t lock or close correctly you could look in. We were there the one week and not once was the room cleaned or sheets changed in duration of the week we slept in dirty sheets made us disgusting, the shower wouldn’t drain properly and had a few friendly cockroaches arrive.
