"I went with siblings we were all provided rooms on one floor. It was spacious for our needs. Good amenities in the room. I have curly hair and there was a diffuser!!!!. Each room has its own balcony and all the seats and bed was super comfortable. My only minor criticism was that the shower takes a little while to heat up as it’s split power and the tank is at the top of the roof. "

"We really loved this hotel. The location is excellent; a 5 to 10 minute walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. The room was clean and comfortable and all of the staff were amazing...friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. It was so quiet that we almost got the feeling there was noone staying there but us, which of course was not the case. We look forward to returning and wouldn't consider any where else. "

"Overall arrived late wasn’t told about the subcharge 50 euro for air con which is needed in the heat! Towels had stains on them and toilet door had no privacy wouldn’t lock or close correctly you could look in. We were there the one week and not once was the room cleaned or sheets changed in duration of the week we slept in dirty sheets made us disgusting, the shower wouldn’t drain properly and had a few friendly cockroaches arrive. "The apartment was excellent, in a good central position of Nicosia. Marina and Tasos, with who I dealt with, were extremely helpful. I received prompt and clear communication with excellent instructions. I felt that, although the apartment was clean, it wasn’t excellent. Also it would have been helpful if there was a toaster in the kitchen. Having said that, I would definitely stay there again when staying in Nicosia."

"Excellent value for money accomodation just a short walk from all the bars, shops etc. Breakfast was excellent with enough hot and cold choices for all. Our studio was perhaps a little dated and the bathroom could do with renewing but it was clean with plenty of hot water. The pool was clean and large with plenty of sunloungers for everyone.Would definitely recommend this accommodation."

"The hotel is “ tired” and needs renovations, but location is great , staff good, Look you get what you pay for we were only there to sleep out all day , Breakfast could be improved, but was included in cheap price Th staff very helpful and enjoyed our banter I was at Mackenzie beach in 2014 the hotel I was in then was basic … been knocked down rebuilt to the Liv hotel nice but prices up too I hope the owners get to renovate floor by floor as Mickala said they were hoping to do You get what you pay for ….
