"Stunning, stylishly appointed contemporary boutique hotel in downtown Ottawa. A blend of early 20th-century historic architecture and modern, Art Deco-infused industrial interior design. As a designer and developer myself, it was refreshing to see well-intentioned, layered design. Copper accents in the elevator were a pleasure to see, although, probably some work to keep polished :)
Amazingly spacious fitness centre (best I’ve seen in Canada), and inspiring lobby with library and atrium. A perfect place for a business meeting or personal read.
Steps from Parliament block, Rideau Canal, tourist attractions and bike paths.
Special mentions to concierge/valets Dane, Ryan and Nibal (sp). They helped us store our bikes each day. Front desk was so helpful and french bistro resto within the hotel lobby was convenient and lovely.
