Universal Studios is just 4.7 miles away and the new Universal Park, Epic Universe opening May 2025 is literally across the street. SeaWorld Orlando is 2 miles, and the Shingle Creek Golf Resort is across the street. Walk to the large Publix grocery store, restaurants, and shops. Free resort amenities with free parking.

Vista Cay Orlando is a gated community with onsite security, There are 2 heated resort pools, 2 large hot tubs, a tiki pool bar, a kiddie pool, a games room, a clubhouse with a concierge, a fitness/gym room, a lakeside walking trail, playground, basketball courts, resort gift shop.

Great Stay

Exactly as listed, condo worked perfect for our family while we were in town for a sporting event at the convention center. Excellent communication with the host both before and during our trip. Would definitely stay with them again!

Great stay every year

We always choose vista cays as stay for our November/December appearance in the OCCC. This condo was great perfect location, infrastructure and hospitality. Everything we need for a 3 week trip in Orlando.Thanks a lot to Gary who was very responsive and helpful.Best regards from Germany!

The Condo was located close to a Brewery, Walgreens, Dunkin & Publix. It was in great condition and was accurately described in the listing. The management company and contact, Gary, was awesome and easy to work with and great communication for check-in and check-out! Would highly suggest.

Just right…

Even though the place was on the 4th floor, we had now issues with getting all our luggage and family members to/from the room, thanks to the elevator. Plenty of space for a family of 6 to have room to spread out and even eat at the dining room table.No issues with host, as they were quick to answer questions when asked.Plenty of amenities to serve our family. Will stay again in the future.

Perfect Location

We did a Disney visit and the parks were about 20 minutes away but it was the perfect location for our family! So many fun things to do within a few minutes from the property! Gary was awesome to work with and made sure to get us new pool passes when one of the gates would not work for us. They were very attentive and we will be back, for sure!

Perfect!

My wife, kids (3, 5) and I had an amazing stay at this property! We enjoyed the walking trails and the pools. It was great being able to walk to several restaurants and to the grocery store. Our rental car pretty much sat in the parking lot unused as everything we needed for our stay was right there! We will be back and we will most definitely book at this property when we are, thank you!

The condo is in great condition and very comfortable as a place to stay for a conference (or vacation, I guess). It was possible to walk to the convention center - if it wasn’t too hot or raining. Nice walk along the lake and then to the center.

Highly recommend. Property is beautiful, clean, quiet and close to major parks. Had to reschedule due to covid but Gary was great to work with. Very attentive to details as well.

Perfect stay

We loved our stay! We spent the week at Universal Studios and this was the perfect location- only a 5-10 minute drive (depending on traffic). It’s right around the corner from a Publix and a few great restaurants( The Diner is a great breakfast place) and parallel to International Drive which is full of restaurants! The condo was clean and spacious and had a great pool and hot tub with a bar. You will definitely get more for your money staying here rather than on Universal’s property. Gary was great at communicating and checking on us too and we really appreciated his hospitality.

Awesome Location. Beautiful Home

This is a beautiful home! My Happiness Director was a pleasure to work with. Everything really was easy! The property is ideally located for easy commute to Orlando's theme parks - Sea World; Universal Studio; Disney world; Icon Park. Super Market/eateries within walking distance. Daytona Beach is just over an hour away.

Perfect location!

We rented this condo for the AAU volleyball nationals. Perfect location to walk back and forth each day (about 1 mile in high heat, so beware). Communication was excellent, check-in and check-out was easy, and property was exactly as listed. Furnishings were slightly outdated and cleanliness wasn’t top notch, but overall I would stay there again. We really appreciated the property manager and his continuous checking in to be sure our stay was good! Well done!
