Welcome to Timeless Memories, a family friendly home for you to spend memorable moments with your loved ones as you explore all that Orlando has to offer. Our home is a newly constructed modern designed townhome within a gated and secured community featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths, styled and furnished with a modern and contemporary design for your enjoyment and relaxation. Timeless Memories includes a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast island, and a modern dining room to accommodate eight. Coffee enthusiast can take advantage of our fully stocked coffee bar with offerings for both Keurig and Nespresso offerings as well as a varied assortment of flavored teas. Our family room is furnished with a large sectional couch where you can all cozy up in front of 75 inch TV with free Netflix for all your favorite shows and movies, or hookup your Bluetooth to listen to your favorite tunes via pandora on our Sony Soundbar. If you like being outdoors enjoy our furnished patio area with overhead string lights and barbecue. Upstairs enjoy our elegantly furnished master suite with a queen bed, private bath and 47 inch smart TV. Bedroom number two offers a queen bed with a 43 inch smart TV and bedroom number three offers a bunk bed with a top bunk twin bed, bottom bunk full size bed and an additional pullout trundle twin bed as well as a 43 inch smart TV with a Sony PS3 and games for the kids enjoyment. Additional amenities include a security system and surveillance video doorbell for your security.

Great Amusement Park Stay

Visited all 4 Disney Parks and 2 Universal Parks during our stay. About 30 minutes from most Disney Parks and 40 for Universal. Property had everything you’d need for a friends/family trip

Lovely townhome

The home was very clean, very comfortable, nicely decorated & had everything we needed in the kitchen. Nice outdoor patio with comfy seating & outdoor lights for relaxing in the evening. The host was quick to respond to any questions I had & checked in with us to see if there was anything she could do for us. Would definitely recommend for a delightful vacation.

Excellent Vacation Stay

This was Home away from Home. The location was very easy to get to. 30 Minutes to Disney and lots of stores near by. Everything was on hand for a great stay. We would recommend this location to all. The Coffee Bar was a great morning ritual.

Quality and convenience

The house was perfect for our stay. Exceptionally clean, comfortable and had several convenience items that were important staying as a family. They had toys for my kids to play with, games, extra blankets, a fan, and anything you could possibly need and have forgotten to think about. 10/10 would recommend and stay again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Javier & Cristina's place. The pictures in the vrbo page don't do this place justice, it is even better in person. The place is super clean, well equipped, gated community, family friendly and the hosts were very responsive.

great home base in orlando

We were in Orlando for our son's sports event, and this property was a great place to stay and decompress after the day's activities. Owner was very responsive and communicative. We enjoyed the time there and would absolutely go back. Great location.
