Providing plenty of comfort and about 1,400 square feet of room within which to spread out, the Aruba villa is a great place to call your home away from home while in Orlando. Boasting amazing architecture such as vaulted ceilings and spectacular views from a screened balcony, the Aruba is also perfect for vacationers who have children because there's a crib and a highchair included in the villa. Plus, it has two full bathrooms - the master bath featuring dual sinks and a separate shower and a tub. Sleeping space is certainly not short in the Aruba, with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a sofa in the living room that opens into a queen-sized bed to make sleeping six people comfortably an easy task. The Aruba also features a large and fully-equipped kitchen which has all major appliances and also includes crockery, cookware, utensils and glassware so families can enjoy meals together in the dining area. Location, pool area was very nice. AC, worked well with simple controls. Nice walk in shower, huge master bath with 2 sinks, big screen TV with lots of Cable channels. Easy access to Disney without battling 192 east to Disney main entrance. Take Avalon north to Disney entrance called Western Way. Turn right at light and come out by Coronado Springs.

I’ve stayed at this place a couple of times and the other condos are nice and well kept but this condo is well kept up. The condo is clean, but things here and there need to be fixed. The fan in the master bedroom doesn’t really work well. The bed is uncomfortable broken and slanted. You get what you pay for.

Location is good. Place was clean and comfortable. Screened in porch was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Improvements -- supply the coffee filters for coffee pot. Dryer too loud and it needs maintenance. Some lights did not work. Pillows on the couch were coming apart. Better mattress for the king bed.

Would definitely recommend if you’re staying near the Orlando area. Great price and location. Pool and hot tub were a must for relaxing after a busy day.

Very dirty-walls covered with coffee or soda and unidentified black liquid. Paint on floors. Floors dirty. Patio dirty. Broken ceiling fan, dryer vent broken in half. Bathtub missing handle, shelves in frig broken, lightbulbs burned out. I had to do a complete cleaning top to bottom. Probably the cleanest it has been in years. I don't think the windows have been cleaned since the building was constructed. Very disappointed for the high rent.

Wonderful Condo with great view. Unfortunately the Sauna was not open due to covid, but we did not know this until we arrived. You may want to remove that amenity from the listing. Condo is close to everything and a safe place to stay.

The entrance was easy to find, the condo is on the first floor which is nice. The rooms are large and is perfect for families. We used the community hot tub and pool which was always perfect temperature, even warmer than the air at some points! Our patio was spacious and clean, the condo was very clean as well. We will be back! :)
