Welcome to our charming vacation apartment. Whether you're seeking a romantic escape, a family adventure, or a solo retreat, this beautifully appointed vacation rental offers the perfect home away from home. Our apartment is strategically located to provide you with easy access to 10-mins to Disney, 5-mins from Water Park, restaurants, and cultural experiences. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the other bedroom features equally comfortable bedding arrangements for your family. Our apartment is located in a safe and friendly neighborhood with a wealth of options for dining, shopping, and entertainment. You'll find local cafes, markets, and boutiques just steps from your doorstep, allowing you to immerse yourself in the local culture.
ABSOLUTELY No Smoking inside the home nor outside by the pool.
Please Dry yourself before hanging out inside the home.

Keep food in dining and kitchen areas, not in bedrooms or living rooms.

If there are dirty dishes please put them ALL in the dishwasher and run dishwasher to clean. Guest is responsible for buying dishwasher soap during their stay.
$50 fee for dirty dishes.

If any dirty towels please leave in a pile on bathroom floor

Everything went well up until going to bed the first night in which I contacted the property manager there was hair all over the bed and on pillow cases so we put them to wash before even going to bed. Then we found cat hair and cat toys under the couch in which I am highly allergic.. i notified of that as well and then in the room with bunkbeds the “cleaner” left peanut m&m’s which my daughter could have eaten it and would have had an anaphalaxiw shock as shee is highly highly allergic.. i did notify property manager of this as well and I understand there was a hurricane but you could have at least responded.. I do not like making reviews at all but when it comes to my daughters health that is more important.. been waitinh for 2 weeks for q refund that I will never get.. this wqs my first time using vrbo

Too many misconceptions

first impression of the booking was ok, then the unsolicited text and email messages started from the management company. It was overwhelming, everything from rules to marketing sales pitches. The apartment was clean, the furniture is dated and main bedroom bed, was not good. The due to the thin walls, you can hear the neighbors above and beside you at all times. My final straw was that I requested to extend my stay on a week-to-week basis with the AGREEMENT that I would not be charged an additional cleaning fees. The owner said no problem and extended my stay. I never saw a bill! When I checked my credit card, I was charged the same fee as the previous week with a 125 cleaning fee. I contacted the owner who said he would review it immediately. Two days later, I had not seen or heard anything. I again politely requested the owner review and correct the bill. I was promised it would be reviewed and corrected asap and a bill would be forwarded to me. Two days later, I politely made the same request and was promised the same review and correction. Still nothing and I stopped getting responses, so I checked out instead of extending on the week-to-week basis as originally discussed. I have never to this day received a bill and was charged more than the agreed pricing. Be LEERY!!
