"They overbooked the wine vineyard and had me stay in their hotel in Montalcino. They didn’t charge me for the stay but it was inconvenient and it wasn’t the stay that i planned. The restaurant next door that they recommended wasn’t what i was looking for. I wantwd a classic tuscan meal."

"We loved this place. It was difficult to find at first but once there, it was lovely. The property is incredibly beautiful and the room was espacious and very clean. Who doesn't want to wake up with a view of the Toscana. We went for dinner at a town 10 min away called San Quirico and it was stuning. It was a shame our trip was so short. I'd definitelly go back for a longer stay."

"Our 3 night stay was excellent. The services offered from private yoga, massage, horseback riding and bicycle rental offered something special for each of us. The breakfast was fresh and of high quality. The evening meals at the restaurant were outstanding. "

"Easy access with own car. Easy access to the keys. Perfect place to stay overnight before or after the day in Sienna. "

"My family and I spent 5 days at this lovely place. Casole D’Elsa is a short walk up the hill and a great place to enjoy a meal. The restaurant on site is a gem with terrific food. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the location allowed for easy drives to a variety of Tuscan towns on the tourist map. We enjoyed our stay!"

Beautiful hotel at the entrance to Sienna

"Beautiful hotel right in the entrance to the city center (cannot get closer than this). Beautiful lobby, great reception staff, amazing restaurant and a varied and high quality breakfast buffet. The staff was phenomenal in helping us with our bags as well as parking and retrieving our car."

Crisp, clean linen

"Perfect location for day trips because it is a three minute walk to the train station, which is part of a mall with a big supermarket. The breakfast is wonderful, and the breakfast staff is friendly and kind. Our room was clean and modern with crisp linen. We would stay at Hotel Italia again. "
