"Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The room was located directly next to the freeway, which resulted in significant noise throughout the night and made it very difficult to sleep. In addition, the cleanliness of the room was unsatisfactory, when we tried to shower there was hair in the shower, which did not reflect the standard we expected.
The bed was also extremely uncomfortable and appeared worn, contributing further to a poor night’s sleep. Overall, the combination of noise, cleanliness concerns, and poor bed quality negatively impacted our experience.
I expressed my concerns at checkout, and they seemed unwilling to resolve the issue due to it being a prepaid reservation. I also tried to resolve the issue through Expedia and was not successful.
Avoid having a similar problem and avoid this establishment all together!!"
