"We visited the K-Zoo area for our grandson’s HS graduation and our annual family reunion. The location of this loft is really nice with plenty to do nearby. The pictures and description are accurate, which was helpful toward making a decision and being happy about it. The owner’s are considerate and thoughtful. Simply put, it’s a comfortable place to stay and we will try to get it the next time we’re in town."

"This property was in a convenient location and the neighbors were very pleasant. The park across the street was great! At surface level everything appeared clean but it really wasn’t acceptable. There was trash under the furniture, behind the TVs, under the couch, inside of the couch etc. The baseboards, door frames and baseboard heaters were all dirty. The twin size mattress is filthy- blood stains etc definitely needs a cover or replaced. There are not mattress covers at all. We washed the...

"This worked out well for us.our daughter was starting med school in the area. It was very close to the medical school and the apartment we were helping our daughter move into. Had everything we needed and very clean and attractive. The only issue we had is that the dish washer leaked a bit and there was some condensation dripping from the air conditioning vent."

"The apartment was lovely, clean, well-appointed. But there was an outstanding drawback for those with mobility issues. We are seniors and found climbing the stairs outside the building treacherous, so much that we made an effort to be inside before dark. Lower level stairs were made with 1-2 inch rock and railroad ties, very unsteady. One of the railings was missing too."

"We just stayed for a girls weekend and found this cottage to be everything we needed! Paul was extremely prompt in his responses to any questions we had. The cottage was clean, the rooms were large, the kitchen was well-stocked and we loved the large table surronded by windows in the dining room area. It is just 0.2 miles down from BayPointe where we enjoyed a really nice dinner. Thanks again for your accomodations!"

We were told that we would be sharing the water toys however I wasn't expecting to share the small front yard with the house that sits behind this cottage. The front yard is super small and it was awkward with having strangers literally sitting next to you. Not much privacy."
