We have stayed here a few times for several days each time and like the hotel's location and rooms, the only downside from our stays is the quiche they serve for breakfast, it isn't very good(bland and warmed up, not fresh) and is the only option they offer, a little variety would be nice, especially when you stay several days.

The staff were amazing and very helpful. The room was excellent so beautiful and spacious we loved the hot tub and fireplace so relaxing. Everything about the place was incredible. Only thing that might have been a little better maybe serve other kinds of eggs other than quiche and maybe biscuits and gravy. Sorry not a fan of quiche.

The rooms were beautiful and spotless. We had to change rooms because the room next to us was partying hard. I texted the front desk and asked if move and they said they would walk by to see where the house was coming from. An hour later, I texted back and the new shift began. That person helped out and got us a different room, so at 11:00pm, we packed everything up and moved. As we were leaving, we realized that the room next to us was the one with the party and their door was propped open, which is probably why it was so loud. Everything was great. My only complaint was that I wish the first person I contacted had helped out. The next morning, breakfast was amazing. I’d definitely go back. I can’t imagine this is a place with lots of parties. I think that was a one-off situation.

I loved the staff, they really cared and were interested in your comfort and well being. Breakfast was the best ever. Breath taking views, love the balcony outside the room. Disappointing that the hot tub was down but I understand things happen.

NICE POOL AND HOT TUB. ROOM WAS CLEAN AND HAS EXCELLENT VIEWS. IT WAS VERY COLD AND SNOWY SO WE DIDNT GET TO ENJOY MUCH OF THE PROPERTY BUT IT IS A BEAUTIFUL PLACE. THE ROOM COULD USE A FEW UPGRADES. THERE IS NO TOWEL RACKS OR HOOKS IN THE BATHROOM SO NO PLACE TO PUT YOUR TOWELS. WE REALLY MISSED HAVING A MICROWAVE ALSO. I THINK THE MATTRESSES COULD BE UPGRADED. MY HUSBAND SAT ON THE EDGE AND FELL ON THE FLOOR BECAUSE THERE IS NO MORE SPRING IN IT. THE RESTAURANT WAS EXCELLENT WITH GREAT COCKTAILS. ALTHOUGH THE BREAKFAST HAD LOTS OF OPTIONS FOR CARBS, PATRIES, CEREAL, WAFFLES THEY REALLY NEED MORE VARIETY ON PROTIEN. THEY ONLY HAVE QUICHE (YUCK) AND SAUSAGE PATTIES. OVERALL I WOULD RECOMEND IT

Beautiful facility; welcoming staff; clean rooms; great lakeview; restaurant was amazing. The parking lot view from the hotel, unfortunately, left a lot to be desired - I'd prefer a parking lot or wooded view to the mobile homes across the street. That's the only unfortunate feature of this facility.

I traveled 7.5 hours for a wedding. The resort accommodated me by getting my room ready early as I was arriving very close to the wedding time. The food was amazing; service was excellent. Clean rooms and kind people. Beautiful setting on the lake.

Always have a wonderful time at the Bay Point. Appreciated the check in early while in town to visit family for the holidays . We enjoy our stay every time, highly recommend this hotel for any occasion!
