"From beginning front desk to end bellman, EVERYONE was great. This is my favorite hotel in NYC for location - the back entrance is perfect - and the great staff are unmatched. Rooms are quiet and comfortable, well-kept, and there are plenty of elevators and they WORK. This hotel is in the very heart of the theatre district so no cabs needed unless leaving the Times Square area. I miss the full breakfast option rather than grab-and-go, but the partnership with Carve is nice. I will be back!"

"I saw some reviews saying they couldn’t get any sleep because they were in Times Square (which honestly wouldn’t be the hotels fault anyway) but I was shocked by how quiet it was at night! This is the perfect place for solo travel- clean, affordable, good location for shopping and sight seeing, it’s small but that’s kinda the point of the place, and personally I loved it- it’s cozy and I’m a messy traveler so when it was time to pack up it was nicer to have all my stuff in one small room then trying to remember everything spread out around a bigger room or suite. I will definitely be staying again!"

"Great from the location, to the service received from everyone I encountered. Hotel was in a great location walking distance from Restaurants, Bars, Broadway shows and so much more. Room was clean and comfortable. Small for my taste but typical NY hotel. Would definitely stay here again. "
