A key highlight is a private dock on the lake for relaxing by the water, and kayaking. Catch and release fishing available for an extra charge of $50 per person which includes the fishing rod. Lures are available at an additional charge of $15 for a pack of 10 plastic worms. The backyard includes a short trail, bench, and a picnic table with beautiful views of the lake. Each room features a king-size bed, TV, and WiFi. A kitchenette with a double burner electric stove is provided for cooking. Easy access to NYC via train. Book now for a unique experience of relaxation and lakefront activity. Note that the owner is staying at the property too. The wooden patio at the back of the house (not shown in photos) is for the owners use only. Please be mindful not to disturb neighbors through loud sounds etc. Please wash utensils provided in the kitchenette after use. Please also exercise caution while walking outside as some parts are rustic in nature. Please carry bug spray as there may be mosquitoes in certain areas in the outdoors.
