"I have previously sent in a review, but wanted to add an additional comment. We enjoyed our stay and liked that the property was centrally located for us. We noticed that the carpet in the living room really needed to be cleaned. We were somewhat disappointed that the kitchen was not as fully equipped at we had anticipated from staying at other VRBOs, but it was adequate. I had previously mentioned that both bath tubs needed to be roto routed as both drained very slow. Since we had had an issue...

"It was a pleasure staying at this property, and most comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were very functional and had most of what you would need for everyday-type cooking. The apartment was nicely decorated, and the bed had a solid mattress. I believe most professional and medical personnel would be quite happy with the accommodations, and as indicated, it was an easy and safe walk to CHOC. We would definitely stay here again when we visit."

"Family of 6 in this 2 bedroom 1 bath with pull out couch was just what we needed for our three day trip to Orange. The house was clean, communication was great. Parking for one car was clear and when visitors came they had no problem finding street parking. The laundry room was close and efficient. The beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. The bathroom had enough towels and supplies for us all. Kitchen was decently stocked with enough cookings supplies (recommend more forks). We felt safe...
