"This condo is a true gem! It was elegant, serene, exceptionally well-decorated and, we felt, located in the most desirable area within the community. The whole experience was like we were in a resort: On one hand it was a peaceful retreat for us - the lanai was our private oasis where we could sip our morning coffee and unwind at sunset over a cocktail gazing at a serene water view. "The problem with this is that Expedia reservation triggered Vrbo text message about the property and check-in. I later got email (day before arrival) from a totally different company that manages the property. The message arrived 3pm and asked that i CALL a phone number between 10 am and 3:30pm that day. I panicked trying to reach them for 2 days, only to get a call back on my last flight to JAX. I arrived at 11pm and had the gate code, but the clubhouse was locked and dark. Good thing i...
