Step out onto your private balcony to take in views of the trees and open space—with the added bonus of water views during the fall and winter months.

The sofa sleeper provides additional space for 3rd and 4th overnight guests, making it ideal for small families or friends traveling together. Unwind in the main area with a 43" Smart Fire TV that offers basic cable for your entertainment.

For those who love to relax poolside, the beautiful Laterra pool is just a short walk away in the building's courtyard.

If you need baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table, or porta crib) or beach chairs, they are available at no charge with 24 hours' notice. All items are subject to availability.

For your safety and peace of mind, we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. This condo is conveniently located with access to two elevators.
