"For some reason no one was at the property to welcome us on arrival, we had to call the owner to gain access to our accommodation. He had no idea that we would be arriving on the day. Apparently they had forgotten about our booking. The property looked as if it hadn't been in use for some time as it looked dirty on the inside. "Great service. I called to see if I could check in early as my son was having surgery and only one parent could go to hospital with him. I had nowhere to go with my 1 year old while I waited. It was freezing cold. The hotel very kindly cleaned my room quickly even though they had been full the previous night and I was able to check in 4 hours early."
