Great time at Phoenix 7! Perfect size for myself and my husband and our two teenagers!

Renting was very easy! Only problem I had was on the arrival day Brett Robinson rental place wouldn’t answer the phone to answer my question about check in. Called Phoenix 7 directly and got the info needed. Enjoyed our stay very much!

Beach Vacay!

Condo was nice and clean. Walls are thin and could very easily hear the neighbors. Lady at the front desk Terry Kidd was very rude when we asked simple questions. You could tell she did not want to be bothered or deal with us. Other than that we had a great time and condo was comfortable.

Family vacation

Great location. Parts of the ceiling (popcorn ceiling) were coming off. Called and we were given an option to move to another unit or receive a discount on our stay. Pleased with the fast response to the problem.

Room 7709 phoenix 7

Everything was as expected. Then the popcorn ceiling started falling all over the living kitchen master bed and bath. I notified the customer service and they promptly issued a credit to my bill. I was satisfied. Then after I swept up it started happening again and pieces fell in our food. After notifying customer service they promptly moved me to another room matching my original room. All was good afterwards. I’m thankful you honored my guests and myself by taking care of our problem. Other than this issue we enjoyed our stay and amenities.

Great stay

The property was wonderful! Location and everything was top notch! The cleaning wasn’t as good as I would have expected...the glass doors were covered in sticky handprints.

Great Unit!

The property was very clean and close to the elevators. We met the owners while we were there and they were awesome! Furnishings were beautiful and the beds were amazingly comfortable!
