THINGS TO KNOW
Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

Buildings 1 - 5 are currently undergoing overhead/ balconies/ walkway spot repairs estimated time of completion should be Dec. 1, 2025. Jackhammering should be completed by May 1st.

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and really enjoyed the unit. Very roomy and had everything we needed plus easy access to the beach. Conveniently located to everything we were in town that we wanted to do

Great price and location, proerty is old but not a big issue. Property parking permits are an extra $50.00 that was not expecting. Overall a goid stay.

When we arrived the place was dirty, and very outdated. Only a full size bed. No shower curtains only a sheet to cover with at night! And also killed 5-6 roaches in this unit!

Needs some work

While this place was in a perfect location it could use some work. On the plus side had everything you need in the kitchen, towels and bedding. The couch bed did not work well and could not open. Since this is through Vacasa unlike most VRBO you can’t just message the host. The A/C while had a constant ticking sound in the bedroom and living room. While I noticed the carpet in the listing after staying it did hold on to the sand and made to cleaning up sand in other areas difficult. I feel had we had someone to speak with it would have made things better.
