The open-concept living area is filled with natural light and flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living room. The property was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet. It's location was great, very close to many restaurants. I was there for a conference so no time for the pool or the beach. However, it would have been nice to have some type of guide book with a map or directions on how to access the beach from the property. It was a bit inconvenient to have to get out of the car to open the gate every time we came back especially in down pours or if you were by yourself.
