New SPLASH PAD 2025. We do not have a confirmed date of opening yet. The friendly Brett-Robinson staff are on-site to assist you. Maintenance, housekeeping and security are on-site. Our reviews show that we take pride in making sure you have a comfortable, memorable stay. Excellent communication from the owner. Fill the gap prices throughout the year.

This was our first visit to the area, and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. I can’t say enough good things about the condo (clean, comfortable, convenient, amazing waterfront view/ porch, and beautifully decorated), facilities, and owner (thanks again for everything, Christa!). We loved the beach and the Flora-Bama, and will definitely stay here again when we return.

This property is wonderful! Location is great…we only left in a vehicle one time the whole four days! The owner was very accommodating! She sent emails with information about the area and fun things that were happening that weekend. We even had a treat left for us in the condo! 100% would stay here again!

We planned our trip to OBA for a concert and wanted to be close to our favorite place, the Flora Bama! The Phoenix X is right next door and we had a great stay! The condo was clean, well stocked and very comfortable! We will return again!
