This unit was very clean, and it had amazing views from the balcony. The kitchen was well stocked, and the bed was very comfortable! I appreciated having throw blankets available as the A/C worked very well! We would definitely book this unit again on our next trip!

We absolutely loved everything about this condo!! Will be back in the future. It was perfect for my small family of 4- kids age 1 & 5. My 5 year old had a blast in the pools & my one year old loved the toddler/baby pool. Great location, cleanliness, & quick elevators!

Our stay was fantastic! The condo was beautiful and very well kept! The decor was so pretty and made us feel right at home. We did a quick getaway for our anniversary and loved it! The condo was stocked with kitchen supplies and other items. We did not need anything we had brought as extras. Great location and amazing beach access. We hope to plan another trip soon!

I rented this condo for my parents to enjoy a 60th birthday trip to Orange Beach. Justin was very accommodating and the door code option helped since I was not present to retrieve a key for the unit. My parents let me know that it was a beautiful unit and they would stay again anytime!

Beach Front Perfection!

This condo was perfect for our family of 3, which includes our 7 year old daughter. The location was beachfront, the unit included everything you could possibly need, the A/C was fabulous after a sunny day spent ocean n poolside. Our host was exceptionally responsive and provided us with great recommendations for kid friendly dining options to include Lulus, GTs and The Gulf. We truly enjoyed our stay. A big thank you to Justin. We hope to be back! Would definitely stay here again!

Week at the Beach!

I normally do not leave many reviews, but this condo exceeded my expectations in every way! I was concerned not going directly through Brett Robinson’s group, but check-in, communication, everything was 5 star! The condo was perfect, updated, very well stocked with nice kitchen items, but most importantly, the bed was super comfortable & the bed linens were extra nice (not sand paper the last time I stayed at a Phoenix condo). I will definitely book this unit again! Oh, there were no elevator issues other than maybe a 5 minute wait! Phoenix VII was great!

Short stay

The condo was very clean and comfortable with comfortable accommodations. The condo overlooks a large pool that was very noisy with a large speaker and amplifier playing music during the day and late at night. It made it very difficult to sit on the balcony. We mostly stayed inside to get away from the noise and music. We were very disappointed because we had hoped to relax and enjoy the beach.
