Our condo is perfectly situated on the 20th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTV in the master, and a 50" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, and two twin over full bunks in the 3rd bedrooms for sleeping up to 12.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please email to book a vacation to remember.



Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

The unit is nicely decorated. The mattress in the master is worn out. It is stained with body fluids and has a big depression in the middle. The rugs need to be shampooed.Kitchen sink faucet needs tightened.Drain plug in whirlpool tub does not hold water. There is only 1 skillet and it is worn out. There are not enough drinking glass’s for a large group.

We have stayed at a variety of Phoenix condos over the last 20 plus years and never have a bad time! The area is always lovely, with tons to eat and do for entertainment. While the condo facility was nice and the staff were very nice, the individual unit definitely needs some attention. Before I list these I want to clarify I did NOT bring it up to the rental company because nothing was that big of deal that we couldn't manage. However, I can't say I'd stay in this unit again. 1. The unit was not really clean enough. I understand everyone is human but we found hair in the bathrooms and I had to dust the door to the AC unit as it was filthy. 2. Kitchen faucet sprayer is broken and the faucet itself is loose. Definitely needs a repair.3.Guest bathroom in hall faucet is also very loose. 4.Guest bathroom missing toilet paper holder.5. Master bedroom ceiling light has no cover, leaving exposed bulbs that we could not seem to get working. 6. Multiple table lamps were missing lightbulbs.7. At least half of the plugs didn't work properly. ALL were upside down (silly, but it drives me nuts). And the 'key' ones you might use, by the sofa and the bedside table, only one of the plug outlets worked. 8. Bedroom door doesn't align right to allow you to lock it. So while these are all minor issues, they are annoyances that one would expect to not find in a condo such as this.

I love staying at Phoenix Orange Beach. This condo was beautiful. It was clean and well thought out for sleeping. The 20th floor is awesome. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Great location and great place!

We have been coming to Orange beach for a long time. The Phoenix Orange Beach I and this unit beats them all. Great pool and easy beach access. Beach chair service very easy at the end of the boardwalk to the beach. Across the street from the market and tackle shop! We’ll be back!

Check in was easy. Wish it had been earlier in the day but we make it work. Wasn’t allowed to use puddle jumper on the slide. Which seemed wild. But we did as we were told. The kitchen utensils might need added to some. Not a lot of options. The stove and oven took adjusting to learn to use. Overall the unit was great and very spacious. Right on the beach. Would rent again.

Lovely, but should have been cleaner for what we paid.

While the condo was beautiful and well decorated, we did find the cleanliness of the place lacking. There was sand on the dining table, the outdoor table had not been cleaned and was very sticky, hair found under pillows, and doors and cabinets needed to be wiped down. The state of the jetted tub was just gross and we could only use it once.The kitchen could have been better equipped as there was only 1 skillet, and no blender. Also, several outlets did not work. We did enjoy the pool area and lazy river, and the ease of access to the beach. Overall it was a lovely place that could have been cleaned better, and we did enjoy our stay.

We had a wonderful time at the property. The pictures of the unit were as advertised. There was a little wear and tear that you'd likely expect, but it was a wonderful space.

Great experience

Maintenance

When we arrived the bath/shower in the queen room was filthy. Hair in the tub and absolutely disgusting shower curtain. Floors are dirty. Master bedroom main light was out and the door to the room would not lock or shut. We were promised it would all be made right. It WAS NOT. The shower curtain was replaced. Nothing else was. Two beds had no bedding. That was corrected. Over all, disappointing. Will not go back

Wonderful family vacation

The condo was perfect. The views are amazing.The kids loved the bunk beds . It is so great to have a washer and dryer in the condo. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to make meals at home and not have to go out to eat every day. All furnishings were very nice and comfortable. Our first few days had bad weather but we were lucky to have a great place to stay. The whole family absolutely loved the lazy river and hot tubs. The area is very convenient with shops and restaurants within walking distances. Hope to get to come back and stay for many years to come. And every one was so impressed with the heated toilet seat in the master bath . We had no complaints about anything from a family of 12 so that says a lot about how nice it is .

Super-Family Place

Property is located across the street to Walmart and Publix- which is great for families. We cleaned the tile because we had a baby crawling, other than that it was great!!!!

Very clean and nice!

It was so clean! The only complaints would be the guy at the check in booth was absolutely rude for no reason. Also having to pay 55 each car for parking is rediculous and should be available with the rental. Also we were loading up at 9:40 a.m. and the housekeeping guy barged in without knocking, that is not right especially with our teenage girls.

Great for families.

This property was spacious with a well-equipped kitchen and nicely decorated. The indoor pool and exercise room were perfect for a winter stay. Views from the condo are spectacular!
