My family of 5 had the best time here! Everything was perfect, updated and clean! I did not feel grossed out by anything in the condo. Check in/out process was VERY easy, lobby staff were friendly and informative. My son was obsessed with the indoor pool and lazy river. I’m glad that was available since the beach had double red flags during our stay. We will most definitely be back!

This is an amazing property in an amazing area. I would highly highly recommend this to anyone who wants to have an absolutely amazing time at the beach. We enjoyed the pool as well and floating along the lazy river was just what we needed after a nice day at the beach. Everything was in walking distance, and the location of the property was amazing. The inside was just as described and completely clean. We definitely will be returning next time. We are in Orange Beach.

The room was very clean, excellent location. The host did the bare minimum. They provide the bare minimum to get you started. They do not go above and beyond at all like most places. You better pack everything you can possibly think of because you will definitely need it.

Spring break that isn't "spring break"

This was our second time staying on prperty because we loved it the first time. We had a fantastic time in a property that exceeds expectations. Best part is the property makes sure that guests aren't ruining other guests' vacation by being unruly or overly loud. 10/10

Awesome space for big group!

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront condo! There were 11 of us in the group, and the space was perfect—plenty of room for everyone, and it never felt crowded. The condo was clean and super comfortable. One of our favorite parts was the balcony—it offered amazing views and was a great place to relax. The building itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with excellent swimming pools and super easy beach access. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again!

When we arrived the door code we received did not work and it took quite a while to get that resolved. The floors inside the unit were absolutely filthy.

Had a Fabulous Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very spacious, nice kitchen and bathrooms. Only 2 complaints: the tile floors made out feet and socks black, and the mattresses in one of the bedrooms were bouncy and loud.

Best vaca ever!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family vacation consisted of 10 of us ranging from 3 to 66 in age. The condo was nicely decorated throughout and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. There was ample room for all of us so we never felt cramped. It was located near restaurants, shopping, water activities and more. We definitely plan on going back.

No air conditioning the first day and night!Fire alarms went off every time we used the dryer! Reported it and they replaced batteries, but it still happened all week. Dangerous could not use dryer! The beds were very squeaky in back bedroom whenever you moved! We also needed to use the Pull out mattress in the couch and it was stained and flat. Could feel the springs! Unable to use! Stove light did not work! Very disappointed!

The condo was well kept however it listed one of the bedrooms having 2 queen beds which was really double beds. The kitchen needed a bigger fry pan since the one there was all burnt. Other than that a real nice place to stay. Would come back.

Great Experience

We loved the location and the ability to walk to/from the beach at our leisure. Condo was clean and well cared for with lots of room for our family of 4. Only gripe was with the beds in bedroom 3. Both bed frames were very flimsy and were very loud even with slight movements. Probably an easy fix for the future. Would come back!

It's all about the view.

This property has a wonderful view. It is close to some great restaurants and interesting attractions. However, the beds are not comfortable at all. The kitchen is barely stocked with really cheap appliances, cheap plates and utensils, and we brought our own pan to cook in based on prior reviews. The floor is really dirty and the linens are just so so - think Sams club. We got this on an off week and didn't pay a premium price - but still roughly 1.5 times more than other available properties. Oh and the a/c and or water heater makes this really loud ringing sound several times during the day and night. The view is superb but don't expect luxury accommodations.

A Very Sorry Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon paying $5k plus for this condo for a week, we were greeted with having solid black feet the entire stay. The floors were filthy. We called to complain, they sent up a foreign girl (speaks no english) with one spray bottle with just a few ounces of purple cleaner in it and a swiffer duster mop. Needless to say, whatever she ended up using didn't work. I personally ruined 10 pairs of socks from how black they needed up being from dirt. Next, the beds in two bedrooms were about to fall apart. You couldn't sleep in them from all the squeaking/cracking if you moved an inch. Lastly, we were very excited to have a separate ice maker from the fridge but found very quickly that it was literally full of the worst mold you've ever seen. The rental company should be so ashamed! The owners should be even more ashamed. We were very disappointed and will never be back.
