  • Views of the Gulf from the master bedroom, the living area and large balcony make this 1,541 square foot, three bedroom, two bath twelveth floor condominium a renter's favorite.

    Fully appointed kitchen includes ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Other features including ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower.

    Master Bedroom: King size bed, 26 inch Flat screen TV
    Second Bedroom: Queen size bed, 25 inch Flat screen TV/DVD/VCR
    Third Bedroom: 2 Twin size bed, 22 inch Flat screen TV
    Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa, Flat screen 31 inch TV/DVD

    Restrictions: No Smoking, No Pets


    Requires 50% Down Payment, remainder due 30 days prior to check-in

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nicely decorated. Just a lot of maintenance that needs to be done. The extra bathroom the bath tub was leaking and stopped up. The hot water heater needs to be checked took cold showers a lot. The dryer made a noise.

The condo was beautiful. Had everything we needed. Would recommend this lovely place to anyone. Love Sea Chase and have many memories there. Hope to get this unit again in the future.

Exactly What We Were Looking For...

Coming from a VRBO owner with two properties of our own, this condo was exactly what we were looking for. Great central location, great pools, simple beach access, loved being high on the 12th floor and ocean side, clean and comfortable. Very limited supply of paper goods, no laundry soap, etc., but that is advertised, so it is not a complaint, just something to be prepared for. Would definitely stay here again should we get to visit the area again in the future.

The condo has some minor wear and tear as most rental units would have but it still felt homey and was still in a clean and immaculate condition. We will definitely stay at this location, hopefully same condo, but definitely a Seachase again. Great views, amenities, and close proximity to all your vacation needs.

More positives than negatives but I know people like me want to know what could be the negatives they run into. Condo was very nice and views were great. The towels provided were not great. Only one towel would be considered adult size. A beautiful condo like this should have decent towels. I use my own sheets, but if I didn’t bring mine, I wouldn’t have had any issues with the bedding or sheets. The master bed is very comfortable and I am picky. We had a few maintenance concerns, the tub would not drain and the remote didn’t have batteries. I called the number provided and they said they would send maintenance. I stayed at the unit for 5 hours waiting while my family left for town. No one ever came to fix the tub or bring the batteries. I wasted time I could have used at the beach. The cleaning was really good, only exception was the back bathroom. Standing in backed up water is gross. (Shower drain is not really the cleaning persons fault) the shower heads could also use a good cleaning. If it wasn’t for wasting time waiting on maintenance that never arrived, I would have given it 5 stars. The unit is 5 stars, lack of maintenance response and the towels dropped to 4. Yes, I would stay again but I would bring my own bath towels and batteries. We bring our own beach towels but never thought to bring regular towels.

Stars were beautiful our last night.

Definitely was not what I expected

Reviewer Comments: Our stay was not up to standard upon arrival the condo definitely wasn't clean the table was missing glass the ice machine was broken on 6/8 and our stay was on 6/15/2023 it was also filthy housekeeping dropped the ball and left one too. The beds were full of sand we rented a condo with 3 kings sized beds but ended up with 1 queen 2 twin sized beds & a full the decor was jungle meet beach patches of paint different color the jacuzzi didn't even work we contacted management and they did refund us half and not charge cleaning and parking and paid for the family to go to an amusement park. Would I visit SeaChase again it would be a hard no for me.

It had been 7 years since I had been there but it was always our "go to" place in Orange Beach. Since I was there a few things have changed and for the better. The check-in and check-out is marvelous. Quick and easy! Receiving e mails and then a phone call to let us know the room was ready early was an added bonus. Definitely would recommend this 3 bedroom unit. The only thing that we could have used would have been some light weight blankets, as it did get chilly when we were there. One of the twin beds had one. The other one did not and the King and Queen did not. We just put on sweatshirts to sleep in. Yes, we could have turned on the heat, but it was not that cold. Otherwise, it was wonderful. The kitchen had all that we needed for a few meals that we cooked in or heated up. It was a little worrisome when one elevator was out of order. I worried that if the other one stopped working, how would we get to the 12th floor? It did not work the whole week we were there.

Clean, spacious, and beautiful

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was adorable. There was plenty of room for everybody. And the beach was right there! We will be coming back.

Great!

The condo is very clean, comfy, and best of all overlooks the beach. We had a great stay! Everything was great, and the location was right in the middle of Orange Beach so it wasn’t a far drive to get to anywhere you wanted to go.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Went to the office to tell them d tv n d living room didn’t work properly so they were gonna send maintenance over to check it out and they never did for our entire stay and d Wifi was ridiculously worthless .That was our 2nd time booking with them unfortunately next time we’ll go elsewhere for $1400 we expected better service than that want stay there anymore
