You purchase your parking pass at the entrance gate of the property. **There is a maximum of 2 vehicles allowed on this property, per unit unless stated otherwise. you can purchase a parking pass at the guard shack on-site for $50. HOA will accept credit cards for additional passes. **Please note: Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice.** The guard shack is open from 8a.m to midnight 7 days of the week. Please be sure to complete the information on your pass(es) before placement in your vehicle. Keep passes fully visible at all times. STRICTLY ENFORCED -- BUSES of any size or type are PROHIBITED from entering property. No trailers, boats, personal watercraft, campers, motor homes, or other vehicles deemed inappropriate by the property manager are allowed on the property.
