Seaside Beach & Racquet Club 4508 - Experience total relaxation on your Orange Beach vacation at this Two (2) Bedroom, Two (2) Bathroom, 960 sq. ft. FIFTH FLOOR UNIT, conveniently located in the Heart of Orange Beach, with Gulf/Pool Views, TONS of family amenities, and beachy decor.

**PLEASE NOTICE: July 21 installation of drains on the lower levels of buildings 3 & 4 will begin. They will then start on some railing issues/spots on building 4. Some loud noise is occurring. Beginning August 18 2025 through November 12, 2025 construction will be occurring. This will include grinding of the walkways which will cause loud noise between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Sunday. Building 3 will be closed from 9/3/25-9/12/25.**

One (1) parking pass included with rental.

This unit provides gorgeous views of the Gulf from its private patio. The spacious living room is decorated with beach themed items, vibrant colors, and has a large HDTV. The kitchen was recently updated with stainless appliances and granite countertops. This unit, which comfortably sleeps up to 6, comes fully furnished with everything you need to feel at home on your vacation. The Master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom, HDTV, and balcony access. The front side guest bedroom has two twin beds and a large HDTV.

Seaside's amenities include 2 ocean front pools, an indoor heated pool, sauna, steam room, 2 great grilling areas, shuffleboard, tennis courts, and fitness room (located in the first building past the guard shack and open until 10pm). Seaside is located in the heart of Orange Beach and is just minutes from Gulf Shores and Perdido Key.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

• PARKING PASSES: 1 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Birthday at the Beach

My daughter's 39th B-Day was Friday the 12th. My son-in law and granddaughter were there too. We LOVED the location and everything about it. It was the best stay we've ever had at the beach and could not be happier!

My condo was very comfortable, well decorated, clean, and kitchen well equipped. I spent the first day, which was rainy in the morning but the afternoon I was able to get to the pool. It was furnished with plenty of loungers and tables. The staff was all but absent so it was like being at home. The check in and check out instructions were simple but detailed and was without any hassle. I would definitely come back to Seaside. Thank you for allowing me to come enjoy this space

Stay at condo

The room had some repairs that needed to be done. Contacted the rental company. I suggest that if you have as many people as we did (4) that more than 1 roll of toilet for each bathroom be provided. I also have a n issue about parking fee. If you pay that kind of money for a condo then at least a parking pass should not be charged. The pool was dirty and we never saw anyone clean it. We have been staying at this complex for over twenty years and really enjoy our time there. Just a few little things that concerned us this time. Hope you will consider our thoughts. Especially the parking fee. This the one thing that bothers us the most.

Nice view

Overall the property was located in a nice location and condo had a nice view of the ocean and pool. Condo does need new carpeting they were quite stained giving the impression that it wasn’t clean. Unit could use some updating for a higher rating. Good thing is everything worked. Property was still showing signs of damage from the hurricane. First impression on drive in and elevator ride up was a little disappointing.

Price is reasonable for accommodations

We love orange beach. The unit itself is obviously older. AC worked great. You could use a new washer dryer. Heating element in dryer is fair at best. One of the washing knobs doesn’t work. The door lock was VERY confusing. Getting in was simple. Was never sure of the door was really locked when we left. It was probably 50/50. We had a great time so it’s all good. We didn’t need to communicate w property manager so NA is my real answer.

Unit was not completely clean. Base boards were dirty. Unit was outdated. The unit's balcony was situated where there was no cross breeze which made it too muggy to enjoy during day or night. It was so muggy that even towels or swimsuits would not dry out over night. I believe this unit was not worth the price.

Filthy Condo

Upon arrival and check-in, we discovered that the condo was absolutely filthy. Sent pictures to your organization, but never received a response. You responded when I called regarding the TV in the second bedroom not working, but never once received a call or an email regarding the pictures I sent about the condo and how dirty it was. Somebody needs to invest some time in cleaning this unit if you plan on maintaining this condo for future bookings .

Nicer in pictures

I wouldn't stay at this part of the beach OR this unit. The beach was very crowded at this property (not the companies fault). The pictures made the unit look very nice and updated. In reality, in person it feels much less updated and left much to be desired. Updates were half complete or not done with precision (e.g., the half an inch of silicone to cover a hole where the tiles didn't line up in the updated tiled shower). The unfinished updates made more sense after someone came (after hours) to replace a faucet that wouldn't cut off and didn't know how to cut the water off - doesn't instill confidence. The unit has a musty older smell and overall feels dated. Communication with the rental company was fine - I just wish they would have nicer properties or more accurately convey what you're getting.

Check In-Out Process

I was very pleased with the condo, but I was not happy with the property's check in & out guidelines. There was no one in the office to speak to, and the security on site was abrupt & excessive. I understand the need to monitor the site for parking & such-but I felt they could have been more helpful and accommodating to people who were staying in the condos. Especially when they showed proof. Also you are required to pay a large cleaning fee but are told to put everyhing back in place, load dishwasher, take out trash, etc. I just feel it was a long list of things to do after already paying a good amount of money for a cleaner after your stay. Keep in mind there are no toiletry refills or cleanings during your stay. The view was perfect. The deco was "beach vibe" The beds were ok. The water was hot and pressure was great. The kitchen was well stocked. I enjoyed my stay, but the property managements rules and regulations did interfere a bit with my overall comfort and experience.

Nice condo but..

Me and my fiancé came here for a week. We had planned this vacation since the beginning of 2023. The condo was in a good location, the room was clean other than some sand in the bedroom. One bathroom was extremely outdated. Our room had a great view! It was the highlight of the trip. My biggest and really only complaint is as soon as we arrived we noticed a sign on the elevator that stated that there would be construction going on through the week we were there. I didn’t think much of it because at least the condo is being taken care of and the construction was on the other end of the condo away from our room. It wasn’t until two days into our trip around 9:00 AM I hear a ungodly loud sound of someone drilling what sounded to be against our bedroom wall or ceiling. It was so loud I honestly couldn’t tell which direction it was coming from. The sound continued every single day until the day we left.. I understand construction has to happen sometimes but I was not notified by the host that this may be going on. It rained a few days while we were here which left us having to hang out indoors some therefore having to listen to the constant banging and drilling. The construction lasted as late as 6:00 PM. I would have appreciated some notification and maybe a chance to book somewhere else before it was too late.
