Escape to The Palms 613, a delightful 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo perched on the 6th floor in Orange Beach. It's your perfect seaside sanctuary for a rejuvenating vacation, where the soothing sounds of the waves become your daily soundtrack.

The Primary suite is an inviting retreat, complete with a plush King bed, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bath, promising restful nights and peaceful mornings. The second bedroom is equally comfortable, offering a King bed and a flat-screen TV, ideal for guests or family.

The living room, a cozy space for relaxation and socializing, includes a Queen sofa sleeper, expanding the condo's accommodation capacity to 6 people. Floor-to-ceiling doors open onto a huge private balcony, offering stunning views and a perfect spot for morning coffees or evening cocktails.

Whip up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a Keurig coffee maker for your morning brew. The unit also boasts tile floors throughout, adding a touch of elegance and ease of maintenance.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

Beautiful Property

This property is beautifully decorated with a fun beach theme. Very comfortable and has everything you need for your trip. Perfect location and beautiful views of the beach. Loved everything about it. Great communication and fast response time. They make it very easy for check-in/check-out. The building lobby area was kept very clean and smelled good every time we walked out of the elevators. People working were very kind and helpful.

Great location and we enjoyed our visit to OBA very much! Our condo we found to be very dated with the need of a whole condo redo. One of the Most Important things needed in a rental is for your guest to get a good night rest! The beds have no life left in them which lead to very little sleep. The balcony was a nice size and a great view. Lots of potential for this unit, just need to move everything out and start from ground up with a full overhaul.

Great location, very clean and spacious. Perfect place for our family girls' trip! We didn't have any issues, so didn't need to contact anyone. Only negative I would say was that the ice maker is loud, but not a big deal. We will look to book again.

Overall nice stay

The condo itself was nice and the oceanfront location was great. There were two days of our stay that another unit was being worked on. The balcony needed to be re-tiled or something but the noise was loud and continuous starting at 8:00am both days and lasting most of the day. Other than that it was great!
