CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

A great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a few issues with the condo, but they immediately came out and fixed them. The property is in a great location and the view is beautiful.

Lovely Beachfront Condo

We enjoyed being right on the beach and on steps away from the water. The condo was clean and up to date. There is not much in walking distance, or at least not walking friendly, but everything is a short drive away.

Family weekend escape

Our room was Great. Had everything you needed. The dryer usually took you 2 times to dry but i’m use to that. They were working on the part of the condo but it never bothered us and they kept it cleaned up in the area they were working on.

The condo needs some updating. Rust on the cabinet in the bathroom. Shower curtain had mildew on it. Overall the size of condo was nice, great view of ocean. The gym only has 4 pieces of equipment.

Shark Week

Love the location! The first day we saw a shark from the balcony! The kids enjoyed the beach and the pools. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 children. Since it is managed by Liquid Life instead of the owner, there's no beach towels or beach toys. Also, not enough towels and only the bare minimum of supplies. But the unit was very clean. The beds were clean and comfy too. The unit only had one extra blanket so bring a throw or two. The dryer is not very hot so takes a long time to dry towels. But we had a great time and made lots of memories!

Room 802

Place is a little outdated and in need of repairs. Front door didn’t close without force due to bad hinges, laundry area bi-fold doors were worn out and we had to use caution opening and closing or they would fall off, shelves and drawers in refrigerator were broken and had a water leak we had to keep wiping up. Sliding doors going out on patio deck were worn out and very hard to operate. Everything else was great and even with the door problems, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great condo in a great location!

Great condo in a great location! The condo was clean and stocked with a starter pack of basic necessities. The deck was large, with an amazing view of the beach. Even though they were not listed, the closet on the deck has a small assortment of beach chairs, buckets, and an umbrella (we brought our own; however, if we had known this, it would have saved tons of room in the car). The beach area was not overly crowded. We were close to shopping and dining areas. Communication with the rental agency was easy, and they responded promptly. The only issue I found with the condo was that there were no oven mitts. But that was nothing that a little creative ingenuity couldn’t take care of…I had packed extra washcloths and that did the trick. Even though we were on the 8th floor, both elevators were operational and very quick. I would most definitely stay here again.

Mediocre property

9 of us stayed here for 6 nights. Overall it was a decent place. Seemed neglected though. Mold on the shower curtains, front door you had to slam really hard to close it because the hinges were loose, sliding patio door was very very hard to slide open, glass shelf broken out of fridge, kitchen drawer missing, bifold door to dryer broken, had to run the dryer twice to dry one load of laundry. Bedding to the pull out bed had to be requested. Towels are provided, but only 4 per bathroom which I later found was in the description but we had to buy linens while we were there. I texted them my feedback when they requested it but then never replied to discuss anything so I’m leaving the same feedback on here. Overall, the condition wasn’t a deal breaker but next time I will find a different place to stay at, especially at the cost of the rental.

Fantastic views and relaxation abound!

We stayed for 4 days with our young adult children, and had a very relaxing vacation! The condo was very clean and well supplied with linens and kitchen ware ( except it needs a new can opener). We had read previous reviews about the lack of kitchen supplies, but we did not find that to be the case. We in fact cooked 2 dinners in - we utilized the blender and the grill! (We did have to buy charcoal, but it was well worth it to cook the fish we caught that day.) We enjoyed coffee in the mornings from the balcony while watching dolphins in the ocean. The balcony was big enough i did yoga while listening to the waves. The condo is spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed playing tennis (court is well maintained); outdoor and indoor pools were both very nice- although we spent most of our time at the beach. We appreciated having a washer and dryer- and the soap provided. There are carts available to bring luggage from the car to the condo. Very few negatives: sliding glass door is heavy and hard to open; we could occasionally hear noise from other units. Overall would happily rent here again. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Relaxing Girls Trip

This condo was very nice. Lots of room, great location, and beautiful views. Very convenient to great restaurants, stores, and shopping. A few things they can do better is cleaning. The condo wasn’t nasty, but the walls and doors in the bathrooms we dirty. They could use a good wipe down. The master bathroom tub was clogged, but maintenance came right over to fix it. The queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and the 2nd bed near the window in the 3rd bedroom need new mattresses. They both have huge dips in the middle. A Keurig would be a nice addition. The fridge is missing the glass covers that goes over the bottoms drawers. The dryer doesn’t get very hot. There were beach chairs in the patio storage for use, but some of those are mildewed. The patio table is nice but not level. It’s rigged up with cardboard paper to level out. A few more lounge chairs would be nice on the patio. Overall we would recommend staying here, but we want to make you aware of these minor issues.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would NOT recommend this condo to anyone. The check in process is awful. They START check in at 3 PM but there is no guarantee when the unit will be available. We waited in the hot parking lot for 1 1/2 hours. When I called the property management company to ask if they had any idea when the unit may be ready (we could have gone to a restaurant, etc) I was spoken to very rudely and the Liquid Life employee hung up on me. The condo was fairly nice although the ceiling in the bathroom had mold or mildew and it was very poorly stocked. We had to buy toilet paper, dish detergent, salt and pepper, trash bags and hand soap. I've never had so little provided in a condo. The check in process and very rude property mgt company would prevent me from ever renting any unit Liquid Life manages.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was awesome! Great views from balcony and just a short stroll to the sand. Condo was actually cute and fit our needs.But the "cleaning" left a little to be desired.The vent covers in bathrooms have never been cleaned so the heat from showers stayed with you for a while.One shower drain was clogged but the maintenance guy came and cleaned that out. But the AC ... now that was a whole other problem. The temperature inside would not go under 75, we had the same maint. guy check it out, the control clearly stated the filter needed to be changed but.. called office again the next day and never heard from anyone.We were woken up late one night by the sounds of a helicopter landing in the kitchen area, but no it was just the AC unit in the closet. I believe the unit needs to be serviced by a professional hvac tech.Thank goodness it was raining that week and the outside temp wasn't over 90.Also the dishes in the cabinet were put away still dirty.Very disappointed in the cleaning service after we get charged for "professional cleaning".On the up side, the lady at the property management co was nice whenever I called.Reservation, check-in and check-out was the easy part.
