We always enjoy staying at The SeaChase, and this has been our favorite condo so far. The location of the unit is perfect. The property manager, Carrie, was wonderful to work with. Can't wait to return next year!

The condo was beautifully decorated , comfortable and so clean!!! It had everything we needed. We plan on staying here again when we return next year and we'll be sure to recommend it to our friends . Staff on the property were very friendly. We loved watching the dolphins every day from the balcony.

This property checks all the boxes! It was clean, spacious, the furniture and beds were comfortable, and it had an amazing view! Also, I loved that the bar area had a nugget ice maker! The host, Carrie, was so nice and easy to work with. We will definitely book this condo again and again!

This was our first time renting a condo. The place was absolutely beautiful and well worth the money. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful. Check-in and out was very simple, location was right in the middle of everything and even the weather was perfect. Can't wait to come back!

The property was a great place to stay for a week. The balcony was my favorite place to be! It has a perfect view of the beach. It was also just a quick elevator ride down to the pools and beach. Sea Chase is a beautiful property with some of the best amenities on the coast! This beautiful condo is very well appointed and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable girls trip! Carrie made everything seamless as far as the process, it was as easy as it could be! The balcony on this condo is one of the best, incredible views and we loved seeing the dolphins every morning with our coffee! Thank you Carrie for sharing this property with us and making it so easy to rent!

First time to OB. Location and view were fabulous. At this time of year, beaches are not crowded and the weather for us was lovely. Any questions I had were answered promptly. The pool by the East building was closed most of the time we were there, but it was easy to walk to the other pools on the property.

We come to the beach for our anniversary each year. We always enjoy our stay. The unit was very nice. Cabinets could use a little work. The rugs could use a better vacuum like under the coffee table. Those are minor things to me and my husband. We really enjoyed our stay.

This Orange Beach condo is in a beautiful location to enjoy a family vacation. The property includes an amazing beach and Gulf View, well taken care of pools and direct access to the beach. We utilized the utilized all of the amenities available within the condo as well as the Fitness Center on the property. Sea Chase is a beautiful resort and Carrie our Host was so pleasant to communicate and work with! She was responsive and helpful in all aspects of our stay. I would highly recommend this condo and location!

Location of this condo is amazing! Right on the beach and the pools/splash pad was great for the kids! Carrie was easy to communicate with and check-in/out process was super easy! Condo does need some updating. Kitchen and bathroom cabinets don’t all shut, which caused issues for us since we had little kids. Some outlets don’t hold the plug very well. But overall those items can be overlooked! I would definitely stay here again, we had a fabulous vacation!

This was our second time staying at SeaChase, and this condo was AMAZING! SeaChase’s location, pools and quiet beach area is what brings us back. Thankfully we booked this condo because it made the trip that much better. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need - and we cooked every night! The beds were crazy comfortable and the staff keeps it very clean. We spent every evening on the balcony. The furniture was comfortable and has a great panoramic view. 10/10 would recommend and will stay again if possible. Thanks Carrie for your quick responses to my questions and making check-in/check-out so easy.

You won’t be disappointed with this condo and it’s location and oceanfront view!! The condo is beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything you need. Just walk in and let the vacation begin with the beautiful ocean view and spacious balcony!! The host, Carrie, replied quickly to any questions and was great to deal with. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby too. Condo was clean and everything worked. Short walk to pools and ocean. We will definitely return and can’t wait!!

Beautiful property/excellent communication with property owner. Carrie is absolutely wonderful to work with! Check in was a breeze. The condo is very tastefully decorated. We especially enjoyed the balcony. We also love the icemaker. I would have preferred a few less things sitting around in the condo, but that is a personal preference. Being on the fifth floor is perfect. Easy access from the elevator. It is also a very convenient parking lot and short trip to the beach. Minimal walking required.

Stay 5/24 -6/1 Tub jets did not work-master bed was poor only had a thin foam topper' needs mattress ungrade"-door from master bedroom to patio can not be opened like it was locked but no way to unlock-many plugs are worn out and will not hold a plug a fire hazard-beautiful condo but the things noted above would have been repaired long ago if owner ever stayed there.

It was our first trip to Orange Beach. We had previously been a Destin family. With the issue of traffic and overcrowding becoming worse at Destin, we elected to try things a little more west. We were extremely happy with our condo, the building, the staff, and amenities. We loved our room. It was quiet, cozy, comfortable, and everything worked. My only issue with Seaside is I wish that they had an Ice machine, whether free or purchasable. It took some getting used to the fact that at Orange Beach, people can put their private chairs and umbrellas in front of the rentable chairs. Previously at Destin it wasn't allowed. Once we figured that out, we bought our own and set them in front as well. 5/5 stars for the condo, you won't be disappointed. We will be back, and hopefully stay at this very place again.

Clean, well appointed, convenient. Short walk to the beach, nice grounds, great kids pool, comfy beds, fast elevators. Had everything we needed. Great host who was quick to respond and assist in any way. Would certainly do it again!
