Welcome to Emerald Key 403, your ideal vacation retreat! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is located on the 4th floor of a charming small-density complex, directly on the sugar-white sand beaches and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. With only 18 properties, Emerald Key offers less crowded beaches, minimal elevator waits, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.

The condo's prime location provides perfect views for watching the sunset, observing kids enjoying the pool, or stargazing on clear nights. Inside, you'll find granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a fully stocked kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals and share stories from the day.

The main bedroom features a king bed and a private bath with double sinks, offering a comfortable retreat. Guest bedroom one includes a queen bed and a small private balcony, while the third bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and access to the hall bath. The unit comfortably accommodates six guests, ensuring everyone has a cozy place to rest.

Emerald Key 403 is centrally located in Orange Beach, placing you within walking distance of a variety of shopping, entertainment, and dining options. Whether you're here for relaxation or adventure, this condo provides the perfect base for your stay.

Please note that there is a remote for the gated parking area, which must be returned to the counter before departure to avoid a charge. Great communication. Someone needs to make it clear that when you arrive to park outside of private parking lot and go to the room to get the clicker box for the gate. Absolutely love the view off the balcony.
