Blue Angel Show

Picked this condo for view and boat slip. Remember if you are bringing a boat to make arrangements for launch and trailer storage (complex does not have launch or trailer storage). There are several boat/trailer storage places on Canal Road. These places do fill up so make arrangements early. Complex is very clean and the docks have been rebuilt recently and are very nice.

Great Stay in Great Unit!

The stay was vey enjoyable, the condo was perfect and the facilities were great! The only compliant was that after a week and everyone around the pool knew the kids they were still militant about the pool brackets. To the point of making the teens get out of the pool and go up to the room and get them. Whoever is in charge of that area of the facility needs to get a life! Over all though a great expericence!

Loved our stay!

It’s was spacious, clean and easy to get in/out. The staff on site was great. We loved the pool and lazy river as well as the view and access to the Bay. Great location!

2nd stay at this unit

We absolutely love this property and this unit. This was our 2nd stay in this particular unit. We love the location of it in the complex. Although the docks and boardwalk area are under reconstruction we would highly recommend it. Only "issue" when leaving and checking that we had all of our belongings we found a pair of flip flops under the couch that were not ours.

Great rental and lovation

We stayed here with 3 other families for our kids World Series. The location was great and the lazy River was such a awesome thing for the kids. We will be back.

We loved the view from the condo. Condo itself was very nice just a bit dated.

The only drawback was that we should have been told that we needed to purchase the basic necessities ( tp&pt,) and the 35.00 parking pass for each vehicle. Loved the view and the kids Loved the pool, lazy river and slide😊

Review

This unit was dirty. There were balls of hair rolling around from under the couches. The building was also doing repairs on the slide so it was only available 1 out of the 5 days we stayed there. With big kids they really were disappointed.

Convenient Unit for boating/fishing

This unit was in a very convenient location if you are bringing a boat. Close to the elevator and it’s a private end unit. It has a great wrap around balcony with a gorgeous view. The only negative thing is the cleanliness of the condo. Toilets were all dirty and the pull out sofa blankets all had dog hair on them. The floors were dirty and we couldn’t find a decent broom. It needs a deep cleaning for sure!

So kid friendly! Loved the slide & lazy river!

Very clean and relaxing condo. My kids (4 & 2) had a blast! We all loved the pool area! My son couldn't get enough of the slide! My husband enjoyed fishing every morning, and the view is very peaceful. It's about a 5 minute drive to the public beach. We had to buy individual parking passes ($27/each). I was not aware of this upon renting the unit; however, it wasn't a big deal. I did reach out to Ashlie, the Property Facilitator, twice and had to leave a voicemail both times and never got a returned phone call. Thankfully, the very friendly staff who manage the desk were able to help. Overall, I highly recommend this unit and would rent again! Thanks for a nice vacation!
