Centrally located to local restaurants, hiking trails, shopping, and of course the gorgeous white sand beaches of the Gulf, this unit is perfect for your next vacation. When you’re ready for a break from the outdoors, relax in our newly remodeled unit, enjoy preparing a meal in the fully stocked kitchen, or unwind on your private balcony. In the King Master Suite and King Guest Suite, you’ll find a Puffy Luxe Hybrid mattress that has been rated America’s most comfortable mattress. Both King Suites have en-suite bathrooms. The Master Suite Bathroom boasts a large glass & tile walk in shower and also has its own balcony entrance.
You’re going to love relaxing in this unit after a day spent in the sun, sand, and surf!

*Beach Chair Service of 2 Beach Chairs/1 Umbrella is free with rental and is provided March 1st - October 31st.
*2 parking spaces are included with rental - 1 unit specific reserved parking space and 1 unassigned parking space
*An initial starter supply of paper products and soaps (hand, shower, and dish) are provided. Additional supplies are guests' responsibility.
*Weekly rentals only (Saturday-Saturday)

I’m not the best at giving reviews, but don’t let that stop you from taking this place seriously! Very spacious, comfy beds, all the amenities that we needed, great view of the beach/ocean, great location! We will stay here again if we decide to vacation in AL again!

The stay was wonderful, the ocean views were just like the pictures, smooth check in/out, easy access to beach and pool, great location between Orange Beach and the Gulf Shores, and April was very responsive to any questions. 10/10 stay! Only recommendation would be to add some pool/beach towels, community sun tan lotion/bug spray, etc., for those visitors flying from out of state!

This is now the second time we've stayed at a VRBO Allen Property, and we LOVE it! We give it five stars. We were able to snag an early check-in, thus enhancing our time at the beach. This was my first vacation in 12 years, after being a family caregiver, and I really needed a quiet, restorative break. We were very pleased with the condo and felt right at home immediately. The condo was beautifully appointed and the furniture very comfortable. The only glitch was noise from renovation of the property directly above us. We have the privilege of staying in this condo for a week and it was even better in person than the photos! Very clean, had everything we needed if we wanted to stay in and coo and a beautiful view. We were there the week of the hurricane and thankfully it missed us. I will say the folks who work at this property keep it squeaky clean...from the elevators, the common area going back and forth to the pool; we always saw people working and keeping things neat and tidy. I would definitely stay in this condo again. April was wonderful work with; stayed in constant communication the day of check in and throughout the stay if we needed anything. Thank you so much!

Great experience with our family for our 3rd year back in a row to Orange Beach area. The new decor and upgrades in the condo are amazing! Only complaint we had was that the maintenance of the pool was poor. Even after them adding chemicals, it still was a little dirty. Hope this will be fixed in the future for all owners and guests.

We were so pleased with our stay at this beautifully decorated condo. Everything you need is in the unit including champagne glasses! So pleased with the knives, I usually bring my own but didn’t this trip. Bedding is very comfy and thick bath towels complemented the huge shower in Masterbath. . The large patio has nice chairs and tables. Loved all the updates.I would highly recommend staying at this unit if you have the opportunity. Cheryl

This condo is simply the best! It is beautiful and has so much space. The furniture was so comfortable to sit on and relax. The master shower was incredible! We loved the smart tv’s which allowed us to log in to Netflix, etc. We enjoyed the huge balcony overlooking the beach. The condo is everything that the listing said it was. Communication with the hosts was impeccable. We have stayed at several and this is by far our favorite. Our only complaint was the pool. It was extremely cloudy every day of our stay. This is by no fault of the condo owners. Their beautiful condo made up for it. You have definitely gained repeat customers!

The unit is just as pictured. It is clean, beautifully furnished and the view is lovely. The gym is small but more than adequate. Communication with the owners was excellent. Keyless check in was easy and convenient; you know everything you need to know by the time you arrive. The overall rating just missed the five star mark due to getting to and from the unit. When we arrived at the appointed check in time, there was probably two dozen people waiting on an elevator. There are only two and it’s extremely slow. We waited 25 minutes to get one. We thought this might be a one time occurrence due to check in day but unfortunately it was not. The wait was not 20+ minutes each time but you can expect to stand around, especially at lunch or dinner hour. I was on the fourth floor so I could use the stairs, but this obviously isn’t a good option for a lot of people.
