Welcome to Unit 708 at Admiral’s Quarters! AQ 708 is an elegant coastal retreat that offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Nestled along the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, this spacious vacation rental is the perfect place to unwind and create lasting memories with family friends. The beach is right outside, providing endless opportunities for relaxation and fun.
Relax and rest in pure luxury in the Master Suite that boasts a Sleep Number Flextop King bed. The Master Suite also has its own private access to the balcony and offers stunning Gulf views. The Guest King Suite features a king bed with a private bath. The Queen Guest Suite has a queen bed and private bath, and all bedrooms have Smart TV’s. All three bathrooms feature glass and tile walk in showers.
You’ll enjoy making dinner in our fully equipped kitchen when you’re not out dining at local restaurants. The private balcony is also the perfect spot to catch the sunset with a glass of wine.

*2 unassigned parking spaces are included with rental.
*An initial starter supply of paper products and soaps (hand, shower, and dish) are provided. Additional supplies are guests' responsibility.
*Weekly rentals only (Saturday-Saturday)
*Primary Renter needs to be at least 25 years of age. Request for a photo ID of the Primary Renter may be requested at the discretion of the Host.

The condo is beautiful and very well equipped. My only disappointment was that the outdoor pool was not open by the projected date and we were not able to use it until the last day of our stay.

What a great Fall Break stay in this beautiful property with a stunning beach view. The staff on property are very friendly and were diligent about keeping the general areas immaculately clean. We enjoyed the condo, the beach and the pool!

THE BEST of the best

We have stayed at AQ for a few years and this was our 1st stay at 708. The communication has been wonderful! Todd & April were so quick to respond to any questions. The refrigerator wasn't working and Todd responded so quickly, had us up and working again within hours and was kind enough to remind us of recommended spoilage times. Our reimbursement for groceries lost was sitting in our mailbox when we returned home. The condo itself was immaculate, beautiful. Comfortable beds, furniture and all the amenities you could ever need. We are a family of 7 including a 9 month old and a pregnant daughter. The condo had plenty of space to spread out the baby's things, room for all of our beach paraphanialia and still felt so spacious. We love this condo so much, we booked for next year 2 days after returning home! Don't pass this one up!

Wonderful Accommodations

Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us! We had a wonderful time, and having such a nice place to stay made our trip even better. The location is perfect, close to everything you need. And all the staff we dealt with were extremely helpful and nice. The building perks were great, and we enjoyed using the indoor pool and gym on a rainy day. The condo itself was absolutely perfect, and we will definitely be back in the future and want to stay in the same unit!

Wonderful and relaxing vacation

This was our first visit to Orange Beach and we really enjoyed the area. The condo was beautifully furnished, with enough seating for the whole family. The location is close to grocery stores and restaurants. The communication with the property owners was wonderful. We would love to stay in the same condo again. Perfect Place at 708

Everything about our stay was perfect & our family had a fun & memorable vacation. The condo is beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean, & accommodating. I enjoy cooking & was able to make all our meals there thanks to the well stocked & quality of cooking appliances, skillets, etc. April was very pleasant and wonderful to work with. Top of the line condo!

This place was beautiful, so spacious and clean. I loved the direct line of communication with the owners. The parking space was so convenient for hauling our beach paraphernalia. Definitely recommend this condo to anyone who appreciates a classy place.

Great place & location

Admiral’s Quarters 708 was a great spot for our beach vacation. Unit is spacious, from the bedrooms to the kitchen and living room. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. Easy access to beach without being an overcrowded area. Unit description is accurate and previous great reviews all supported during our stay!

Incredibly wonderful

The Admirals Quarters room 708 was perfect. The beds were very comfortable; bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. Kitchen was well stocked. It location is close to many places but also quiet. I cant say enough about how incredibly wonderful our stay was.

Amazing Orange Beach Condo

708 at Admiral’s Quarters was amazing! The place was clean, very updated, and the bed linens were noticeably fresh and clean. We definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay at Orange Beach! The Allen’s are also phenomenal hosts, we would happily stay at any of their properties just to have them as hosts again!

overall the condo was exactly as listed. The building is a little older, but the unit was updated and clean. Communication was very good throughout the process. Fully stocked kitchen, games, new TV’s and nice beds. Overall a very nice experience.

It exceed my expectations

The property was beautifully furnished, it had every tool need for the kitchen as well. My wife was able to bake six batches of cornbread due to the black iron skillet the condo had provided. Everything function as designed and was a very comfortable setting. I would book this place again and again.
