Phoenix VII is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.



This 1BR Phoenix VII condo is one of the best on the beach! Ideal for a couple or a small family. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbq'ing.



Come relax on the 12th floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf perfectly located above the outdoor pool. The condo has one full bath off the master and the master bedroom has a king size bed, there is a full sized sleeper sofa as well for sleeping up to 4. The kitchen is fully equipped. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival. Parking pass fees are based on length of stay; 1 night is $30, 2-10 nights is $55, 11-31 nights is $100, 32-61 nights is $150, 62+ nights is $200. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Short stay for a conference

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I came down for a conference I had to attend. We don't come down in the fall/winter usually. The place was great, not crowded and a great location. The size of the condo was surprisingly big to just be 1 bedroom. Great view, would love to come back and stay longer

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we got to the unit, the floors were covered in sand. My daughter even said, omg the floor has a lot of sand. The fans were really really dusty, you can tell they haven’t been cleaned in a long time. This was an issue because my daughter has asthma. All the towels from the kitchen rags to the bathroom had hair. It wasn’t ours because we have black hair and the ones on the rags/towels were brown/blond. That’s also unsanitary. Overall the front desk was amazing. Also the pool area, indoor pool, was always clean. The property itself was amazing.
