"I was in Tucson for parents weekend at U of AZ and everything books up so fast and I thought ugghh, this is is one of the few places left to book 2 months out. I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk manager couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. The room was very nice and clean and great towels. AC was cold, full size fridge, nice kitchenette. I had no complaints. Free coffee in room or right in lobby store too. "

"Patio door had openings at bottom where spiders or scorpions could enter. Need better wall-to-wall seal. Closet also had multiple openings where plumbing or other items were routed into the wall or ceiling and there was access there that needed to be sealed. Evidence of spider activity in that one. I sealed the bottom of the door with a rug. "

"Very clean & spacious room with king bed and all srandard amenities. No breakfast needed! The bed had the perfect firmness for an adult couple. However: I had the "world's worst cup of coffee" at the front lobby. What was the CR*P? The room's little coffee bags and primitive maker was way better. But, the disposable coffee bag inserts wouldn't fit the maker until I used scissors to cut and make fit. Replace those inserts with the right size, pl."
