"The apartment was clean and newly renovated and on the second floor which is great since many buildings do not have lifts. It's central location was very convenient and lots of fun to people watch in the square from the balcony. It can be loud at night but it didn't bother us as we came prepared - it really just added to the ambiance of Old Town Nice. Val was readily available for any questions and recommendations."

"This worked perfectly for me and my friend. Amazing location and had everything we needed. They have used the space really wisely! The only thing we were surprised by was the amount of stairs we had to climb with our luggage to get to the apartment. Awesome hotel location, friendly staff!!
"The hotel location was perfect! Across from the Promenade, a block from our morning cafe latte & chocolate croissant. Our room faced the city (actually another building) which was very quiet & appreciated. The check-in staff was very friendly, helpful (my son had a bad cold, she helped us find a Chemist that was open on Sunday). They could not have been nicer. We took the #12 bus to/from the airport - so easy! Drops you off 2 min. from the hotel. Restaurants everywhere - the beach across the street, the train is a 12min walk, straight back from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay her again!! Thank you to all the Le Royal Team!!"
