"Modern, clean and well equipped villa with wonderful views. The villa is located under the owners property but was entirely separate and we were not aware of owner being there. Located in gated community. Great to have sole use of beautiful pool & bbq. Returning to England immediately after the stay we found the €800 cash deposit very inconvenient as we now have euros we can’t use, but other than that, everything was superb."

Leider fehlte in der Beschreibung, daß eine Kaution von 300 Euro fällig wird( was nicht das Problem ist), aber für uns gehört es dazu, das man es bereits bei der Buchung erfährt. Desweiteren wurde wir ca 10 Tage vorher angeschrieben, ob wir Bettwäsche benötigen, ja klar. Ungefähr 5 Tage vor der Reise, erhielten wir eine Nachricht, Bettwäsche ist bereit und Bitte an eine Kaution von 300 Euro denken. Okay, bei unserer Ankunft...

"The apartment is in beautiful floral gardens. The swimming pool is fabulous. Location is quite and private. A short walk to the beach, tram and supermarket. Would highly recommend."

Being senior citizens, it was not very pleasant for us, at the end of the day, to have to climb this steep hill for about 10 minutes to reach the property. As Nice is hilly in many places, it may be typical of many properties- and nothing can be done about it."

"Von Buchen bis zur Rückzahlgung der Kaution lief alles reibungslos. Wir kamen erst in der Nacht an, auch da war da check-in kein Problem da die Schlüssel im Nachtressor abgeholt werden konnten. Das Apartment und das Haus sind sehr schön. Ein grosser Plus ist die Garage. Dia Parkplatz lage ist sehr schlecht, daher ist eine eigene Garage Goldwert. "My family of 6 stayed here and it worked well during our visit to the south of France. The pool was great, and usually empty, the condo was clean, and the beds comfortable. It's close to town and has a grocery story within a 5 minute drive. We stayed here and explored everywhere from Antibes to the Italian Border. Internet is included and speeds were good."

"The pool and sauna hours for the hotel were relatively long so that was helpful because after a day out, you can use them. The sauna was well maintained and even included a shower. The hotel staff were helpful but had very short working hours so always had to wait full day to ask a question if anything happened in the evening.
