"Staff is great, airport transfer is great, not many options to eat around. Room is average. Beds and pillows were not fantastic. Great place to stay for a night when leaving or arriving to zurich early/late. I would not stay multiple nights."

The airport opens around 5am and the planes start landing. They fly directly over the hotel and they are loud.....so beware of that.

Hotel maintenance was bad for the money paid. Water didn’t drain properly from the tub or sink. We had to pay money for the hotel shuttle to take us back to the airport. Disappointing for such an expensive place.
