- "Papa Bear's Cottage" is a cape cod-style house with a large back yard and porch for relaxing. You will never know you are one minute from restaurants and town at this quiet retreat. A quiet walking path at the far end of the property is the perfect place for kids to play or ride bicycles. This property has a large covered porch for picnics or storing your ATV or side-by-side. Plenty of room for your extended family to stay together in this retreat.
