"As soon as I got there the staff immediately started helping, they helped with luggage, opened the doors, guided me where to go. They led me to check in which is on the 51st floor. Gave me my room card and there was a water station there so I got some. Headed to my room and it was enormous. Beautiful views, everything was clean, amazing bathroom and had a separate room for my luggage. A few minutes later and the staff brought my bags to my room. Breakfast here is wonderful. "It’s a shame because I really wanted to like this hotel but in the end after one night I hated it so much I checked out early and moved to another hotel. Ultimately, my room was on the ground floor and I felt very unsafe. There is no chain on the inside of the door for peace of mind. There is a LOT of noise from outside as well as inside the hotel. The location is in quite a low economic neighbourhood and after being followed back to the hotel I felt really vulnerable. I didn’t see any other...
