Staff were wonderful and their associated restaurant fantastic, first rate good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was fine. "Very nice house in a remote place, ideal for people who prefer a quiet place, yet be in proximity of Lago Maggiore and Lago di orta with tons of activities. And in the evening relax in the hot tub. Very friendly and helpful owner. Five stars for almost everything. Just two things that were a bit awkward - kitchen/dining room is pretty dark - a bit more light would be great, and the 'main' modern bathroom has a great rain shower but only cold water (there's a smaller hot water shower on upper...

"Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf dem See war auch sehr angenehm. Groß genug für 9 Personen. Was nicht gestimmt hat und für uns ein großes Problem darstellte: es gibt nicht 4 Schlafzimmer wie beschrieben, sondern: Schafzimmer 1: tatsächlich mit Doppelbett, sowie Schlafzimmer 3. Schlafzimmer 2: ein Etagenbett (Platz für zwei Personen). Schlafzimmer 3 ist kein separates Schlafzimmer sondern ein Flur mit einem Einzelbett gegenüber einem Badezimmer. Wenn 9...

"This is a true lakeside experience! The boathouse is beautifully decorated with every detail thought out. The breakfast was lovely and the view is unmatched. The only negatives are that there is no AC but this is compensated by windows that let in a fabulous breeze from all 4 sides. This does allow the mosquitoes in but that's life on a quiet lake. Do stay here and swim or kayak on one of the nicest lakes in Italy. Highly recommended."
