"The mini bus arrangement is absolutely a mess. We booked the shuttle bus and as a result of having no seats. I have to pay extra money to go to the hotel at the end. I complained and the receptionist gave me an email to report this issue and no reply from the hotel yet. The facility in the room is always having problems. We had booked for 4 rooms, one room with broken hair dryer and one room with noise in the bathroom (no idea where the noise coming from) and half broke sink the water goes down...

"Don’t fall for their scam , they advertise use if the facilities , but we had to pay extra 30 euro to use the pool abd gym . Manager was unreachable to resolve it in a business day ."
