"Lovely classic hotel but the service lacks. Two attempts to fix a noisy bathroom fan both failed, no apology and theres a lack of good customer service generally. Some staff are polite and friendly others can’t raise a smile. Hot breakfast items were poor and stone cold, other breakfast items very good. Easily rectified issues but can they be bothered? "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Rosa. The staff we extremely helpful, providing excellent tips for dinner and even booking tables for us. All of which were within a 10 minute walk. They even went above and beyond by helping me print tickets for an event. The room, for a family of 4, had a spacious layout and the view was very impressive. The breakfast buffet was excellent, more than meeting our expectations. "

"Hotel is right at the waterfront, very convenient location tho there is no parking so one has to hunt for its own parking spot. Room is good size and comfortable. Buffet breakfast is good. Beach is exactly closely (about 10 min walk). It was raining the morning we were to check out so we did not get a chance to walk around town. From the little we saw the night before, I would stay there again."

"Fantastic end to our week touring north Italy. Spa facilities were brilliant and it was lovely to share them with our children Room was spacious with a large balcony. "Spent three days at the Bel Sit in mid-September. We were in one of the two first floor suites. The rooms were large and comfortable, albeit the layout a bit unusual. Nice bathroom and the "magic" shower is effective and somewhat entertaining. The weather was turning cool and the room could have been warmer at night. Most appreciated at the property is the staff and the view. On your balcony, you are about twenty feet from the lapping water of the beautiful lake. The view is sensational...
