This first-floor studio condo is just a stone’s throw from notable KT-22 and Wa She Shu ski lifts. In the summer season enjoy easy access to hiking, biking, golfing, and the Village at Palisades Tahoe only steps away.

Perfect for one or two people, or a small family, this open concept condo features a full-size bathroom on the right upon entry, kitchenette, south-facing queen size bed nestled back from the living space by a pony wall, an oversize queen sleeper sofa facing the slopes, and a dining area with views of Mountain Run right from your expansive windows. With the open floor plan, you can watch the snow fall from the comfort of the plush sofa, or comfort of your bed.

Enjoy seamless access to winter and summer adventures right out your front door with slopeside lodging. No lugging gear or equipment up and down stairs, especially after an invigorating day of powder turns in the winter, or summertime hiking and biking. Don’t miss out on this year-round cozy condo.

Your rental is a contract for a single vacation rental condo, with one owner in a multi-floor property. We are unable to reassign guests and adhere to all stated cancellation policies.

PLEASE NOTE: Unless you reserved a condominium equipped with a portable Air Conditioning unit, your condominium DOES NOT have Air Conditioning.

Parking is available for vehicles under 90 inches tall in the covered garage. Guests with oversized vehicles or trailers are responsible for securing their own off-site parking

Great Family Ski Trip

Property was as listed and better! We came with two teenage boys who were not overly happy about sharing the pull out. You can imagine their excitement when we arrived to find a twin bed in the room (a very comfortable one at that). Our family is used to staying in close quarters on vacation so the size worked great for us. Although might be considered tight for other families with two teens. We could see the Wa She shu lift from our table! Nothing like ski in/ski out!!! The hot tubs were a great way to unwind at the end of the day. The pool was technically closed but we saw people cold plunging. There was also a nice weight room, steam room and sauna. The lobby area is modern with a good amount of seating and a gas fireplace as well as some high top tables which we ate dinner at one night. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this Vrbo for a couple of family who doesn’t mind being in close quarters!
