"location was good, self checkin was good once you go through it one time. Original pics showed rooftop patio with pool so disappointing to find that wasn't the case with this property and felt like a bait and switch"

"I was genuinely impressed by the condition of this hotel—it exceeded my expectations. If you're planning to catch a concert or event at LA Live, you couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. My room was spacious, spotless, and had that fresh “just-renovated” feel. The bathroom was clean, well-sized, and equally modern. Though it’s right across from LA Live, it didn’t feel like I was in the hustle of downtown LA—just close enough to enjoy the energy without the chaos. Its unbeatable location means you're surrounded by endless dining and entertainment options. "
