"The staff were absolutely wonderful at this hotel. My friend accidentally collected the wrong suitcase from the airport and didn’t discover this until this until arrival at the hotel . It was late at night. She told one of the staff and by the morning the staff contacted the airport sorted everything out and her bag was, on its way along with the owner of the case that she had collected in error.
