"My advice first: take the key for your room safe box right upon check-in and put your ID, money etc in it. My staff has been stolen the first day from my room. No acoustic insulation in the white standard buildings AT ALL! I had a family with a baby next to my room and when he/she was crying, I heard it just as it was happening in my room. "This hotel is absolutely vile, its dirty, staff were very unhelpful, its advertised as all inclusive but had no coke available told its finished. Checked out after the first night and booked alternative accommodation. Avoid at all costs"

"The reception team were ok. The room was acceptable and clean but no tea/coffee facilities and free water ( small bottles) only given on first day. The meals in ‘restaurant ‘ were extremely poor to say the least. Choice was extremely limited and consisted of chicken or turkey in one guise or another. "Positiv: Als besonders positiv haben wir die Freundlichkeit, Fleiß und Aufmerksamkeit des Personals empfunden. Das Hotel ist etwas abseits vom Trubel und daher vergleichsweise leise, trotzdem ist man schnell im Zentrum du am Strand.
